EMPLOYMENT
OPPORTUNITIES
Collect
Worldwide and the office of David A. Hays,
PLC Attorney at Law, (CW/DAH, PLC)
provides debt recovery services to
companies in every country worldwide. We
are always interested in discussing
relationships with qualified employment
candidates in countries other than the
United States, as well as in the United
States as well. Employment relationships
are currently being pursued in the
category of sales associate.
1. Sales Associates contact companies
(Clients) that have unpaid debt, in order to
secure the assignment to Collect
Worldwide/David A. Hays, PLC to recover the
unpaid debt on a contingent-rate basis.
“Contingent–rate basis” means that the
Client does not pay any any cost or fee
unless we collect the debt. Sales associates
are also paid on a contingent basis, if the
account(s) placed by the sales associate is
collected for the Client. Sales associates
are paid 25% of the Fee that is paid to
CW/DAH, PLC by Clients on accounts secured
for recovery by the individual Sales
Associate. Most Sales Associates will
concentrate their sale efforts on a single
country or region of the world that
corresponds with their language
capabilities.
SALES ASSOCIATE - SKILLS AND
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Candidates
should be bi-lingual, with at least basic
English proficiency. Candidates should
have a business background, with at least
some business and/or governmental contacts
in the country/region in which they to
concentrate their sales efforts. Past
sales experience is a plus, as is
pre-existing knowledge of the debt
recovery industry, but neither are an
absolute prerequisite. The ability to
express oneself clearly in the non-English
language spoken by the candidate is a
necessity, as is the ability to work
individually toward a goal, with little
outside supervision or time management.
The ability to establish rapport and to
secure the placement of accounts for
collection (sales “closing” skills) over
the phone or internet, and with little or
no face-to-face contact with the
prospective Client, is of critical
importance.
Associates who
successfully demonstrate these abilities
will be given the opportunity and tools
necessary to recruit other qualified Sales
Associates, both in the United States and in
the other countries, and will be paid
compensation on such Sales Associates
production.
